Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid FedEx shipping label will be generated for you to download and print instantly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your unworn garments in their original packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
